We also promote a culture of open feedback and flat hierarchies. <\/p>\n<p>\u25b6\ufe0fThrough our LOBECO Academy with our coaches Ralph and FREITAG, we offer our employees both a professional perspective and development support so that they can grow and achieve their goals.<\/p>\n<p>\u25b6\ufe0f We offer a working environment based on clear values. We adhere to our values of #Diversity, #Appreciation, #Teamspirit, #Reflection, #Performance and #Enthusiasm in everything we do. <\/p>\n<p>\u25b6\ufe0f In addition, we offer every employee flexibility, including the opportunity to work remotely up to four days a week as well as the opportunity to work abroad.<\/p>\n<p>\u25b6\ufe0f We also offer various benefits to promote the general well-being and professional development of our employees. These include the payment of travel expenses, the possibility of a sabbatical and regular team events to promote social interaction.
